An amazing place, great location, tasteful furnished and wonderful hosts (and great food!) I had the luck to stay during the olive harvest and taste their fresh, traditional stone ground olive oil (which would actually make them deserve a 6th star rating 😉)
Seriously, just to put my review in context, I travel a lot, usually at least a few months per year.So I know what to expect and what's special. And I very very seldom leave reviews (and if usually just warnings). But this place really surprised me and deserves this praising review. it's an authentic combination of nature, culture and hospitality: Italy at its best!
Beautiful location. The room was clean. Nice service. Parking place was available in the premise. There were lot of chocolates and breads available in the room for breakfast. Good option for a reasonable price. Recommended.
The room was lovely. Everything are old and local style. The terrace is with nice view. You must drive on mountains to come here so it quite adventure.
Stayed one night here and felt really at home. I had dinner prepared for me which was probably the best meal I have had in Italy to date. Thanks my Italian Nonna :) very peaceful and pleasant stay.

Among the Umbrian hills near Terni, a few kilometers from the fascinating (and full of life!) Narni, we find this beautiful place, which also offers a farmhouse/restaurant, an oil mill for tasting oil, among the plants and some cat. They still opened the swimming pool for us even out of season, and we felt at home. The room, although small, had everything needed even for cooking! We had breakfast on a table in the sun and really relaxed. The owners are very nice and the place deserves five stars on everything. I was only intrigued by the fact that, as soon as we arrived, they told us NOT to write about any problems in the reviews, but rather to let them know immediately. Rightly, in case there are things that aren't right it's always good to say it, but why not in the reviews?
Booked for one night directly by the host, a very extroverted and confidential character.
The room (n.3) is discreet, in rustic style, with private bathroom in the room and equipped with a large shower. There is a kitchenette and a TV.
Included in the price is a breakfast with products packaged directly in your room.
Average cleanliness, but we are in the countryside, it can fit.
The farmhouse is located in the green Umbrian hills in a beautiful setting. Close to the splendid Narni which certainly deserves a visit even in the evening and less than half an hour from the Marmore waterfall.
Overall positive experience perhaps slightly below expectations, but overall good. Umbria is always a welcoming place where you can feel at home
